Before your move-in, we will ensure your apartment is clean, functional, and ready for you by performing a full maintenance inspection, professional cleaning, necessary painting and repairs, pest control, and a final walkthrough to confirm everything is in top condition.
Yes, we provide on-site maintenance services.
To request a repair in your unit, please submit a maintenance request through the Rent Café Resident Portal.
When you submit a maintenance request, our team will review it and schedule a time for the repair. A technician will then address the issue and follow up if additional action is required. For emergency maintenance situations (such as major leaks, loss of heat or AC, or electrical hazards), please contact the office right away for immediate assistance.
No, our maintenance technicians can access your apartment to complete repairs with your approval.
If you are locked out of your apartment during office hours, please visit the leasing office for assistance. A team member will help you gain access to your unit. If you are locked out outside of office hours, you will need to contact a locksmith at your own expense.
Yes, you are welcome to decorate your apartment. However, please follow the provided guidelines to ensure there are no charges at move-out.

Our property offers a range of amenities including monthly pest control, a heart-healthy fitness center, a swimming pool and sundeck, a playground, a dishwasher, spacious floor plans with large storage and walk-in closets, central AC and heating, a formal dining room, eat-in kitchens, sunrooms and private patios (available in select apartments), cable TV and high-speed internet readiness, and individual laundry rooms with washer and dryer connections.
The pool and decks are available for use from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. They are closed on Mondays for weekly maintenance.
Yes, there is ample parking available throughout the community.
Our apartments come equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher as standard appliances. Washer and dryer connections are available for use with either your own units or rented ones.
Each of our apartments features a dedicated laundry closet with ample space to accommodate your washer and dryer needs.
Yes, our community is pet-friendly! We welcome your furry friends and provide plenty of space for walks and outdoor activities.
There is a $300 pet deposit and a $20 monthly pet rent, applicable for up to two pets.
We accept non-aggressive breeds, with no specific weight restrictions.
While we do not have an on-site pet park, the nearest pet park is only a 6-minute drive away, offering a fantastic space for your furry friends to run and play!

Guests are welcome; however, the Tenant is fully responsible for their guests' actions and conduct during their stay.
Our pricing is subject to change daily, and we do not offer the option for residents to pay rent a year in advance.
When transferring from one apartment community to another, you will be required to pay a new security deposit based on your credit. Your current security deposit will not transfer to the new community.
No, subleasing is not permitted in this building.
If your situation changes and you decide to cancel after approval, please note that you will no longer be eligible to receive your admin fee.
