Each unit is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and painted prior to move in.

No, you can give permission for our service technicians to enter and work if you are away!

Yes, we do our best to complete work orders within 24 hours.

Please submit a service request online and a member of our service team will take care of your concern as soon as possible. You will receive a follow up from a member of our office staff shortly after completion.

In the event of a lock out you will need to contact a locksmith.


Linden Ridge does offer parking! Contact our office for more information.

Linden Ridge has a plethora of amenities including a  playground, pool and fitness center.

Our pool is open from May-September weather permitting. Fitness center is open during business hours.

Yes! We are a pet friendly community with current availability.

Each unit is fully equipped with frost-free refrigerators, dishwashers, and more- all in a classic black and white finish.

Linden Ridge does not currently offer furnished apartments.


Our typical application takes 24-72 hours for screening to be complete.

Convenient, online payments are available through the resident portal, by cashiers check, WIPS method and personal check on the 1st-3rd of the month.

Residents are required to obtain their own policy.

Yes, however please note lease termination fees will apply.

Please contact GA power to set up your utility account.

Residents are responsible for utilities.
